Her sharp eye for insights into product design, construction, and décor categories stems from her love of books and interior design. She is equally passionate about her work in rural areas, whether she's engaging with farmers in Maharashtra or ASHA workers in Bihar.

Pavani Fernandes
Although Pavani has spent more than two decades in the field of qualitative research, consumers continue to surprise and interest her. She possesses a natural empathy that allows her to communicate and uncover otherwise hidden facets of consumers. She is equally skilled at engaging with housewives in rural UP, truckers in Ludhiana, and high-net-worth individuals about gourmet chocolates. Yet, some of her best work has been with children and youth. Her passion for travel is just another excuse to immerse herself in and interpret various cultures and their people.
